When you open an app you use 10% of your resources (as an example), when you close that app you get back 8%. Eventually you lose enough resources that things top working properly.

You would think, OK I’ll just restart my phone and that will fix things, and yes usually it will but not always.  As a norm, if you restart your device, Android will bring it back in its last state, and if its messed up, it may still be after a normal reboot. That is where the Force Restart comes in.

A periodic reboot of any device is always a good idea. With a reboot, drivers and apps from the system get reloaded. The system releases memory that the device can use again. Overall your device should work more fluently and faster after the reboot.
